Step 1: For Software Renewal of AY/FY 2026-27 click on “RENEWAL 2026” button
Step -2:- Renewal order will be opened on website where renewal amount will be auto fetched as per your previous purchased software’s. Confirm your product price detail then click on “continue” button
Step - 3:-
Confirm your personal details and if you wish to change any of your personal detail contact to customer support. If you have a GSTIN number, do enter GSTIN and attach GST certificate.
Select payment method from three given option (Payment Gateway/ QR code / Bank/IMPS) and do payment and do payment.
After successful Payment, attach Payment receipt with reference no (in case of QR code & Bank), read Terms and condition and enter captcha then click on “continue” button for order submission.
Step – 4:- After Successful Submission, Renewal Activation keys will be shared to clients on registered mail id after payment verification
Step - 5:- Once you receive software module’s renewal Product key on registered mail then click on “Order update” button.
Step - 6:- Open EasyOFFICE module as per your renewal order.
Step - 7:- Enter module renewal activation key and OTP, which are received on your registered mail. Then submit. Module will be activated for Relevant AY.
